As an experienced Assistant Site Manager, who is already working with another house builder, Health & Safety; KPIs, overseeing trades and Quality will come second nature to you.

Having a Degree / HND / HNC in a construction discipline or coming from a trade background is required and you will need valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at work. Having additional training like Scaffold Inspection will help to stand out from the crowd.
