Are you an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal with a solid understanding of Scottish legal procedures and a proactive, client-focused approach?

We’re working with a highly respected Scottish law firm that is looking to add a skilled Debt Recovery Paralegal to their established litigation team. ? Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of debt recovery matters from initial instruction through to enforcement.

• Drafting legal documents including court papers, letters before action, and settlement agreements.

• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.

• Monitoring and progressing cases in line with court deadlines and procedures.

• Advising clients on the debt recovery process under Scottish law.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in debt recovery within a legal setting — ideally with Sheriff Court experience.

• A solid working knowledge of Scottish civil litigation procedures.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A confident communicator who can manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity.

• Comfortable using legal case management systems and working independently.
