An exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside the Directors of one of the UKs leading Property Developers to support them in the continued growth of the Company’s activity across the residential development, commercial development and investment property sectors.

As the Company enters an exciting phase this role will require a dynamic, hardworking individual who is able and willing to contribute to all aspects of property. The role will be diverse, with input required to all of the Company’s core activities, including as examples; identifying sites on and off market, appraisal of sites, working with design teams, understanding construction methods and costs, investment analysis, property management, client care, handover of completed units / plots.

The role will be based in Edinburgh but the successful candidate will be actively covering the central belt of Scotland and where required, London and other areas of the UK.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional property experience in the UK, either from agency or client background.
• A detailed understanding of the Scottish property market
• Experience in managing key relationships and to a high level
• A flexible, organised, pro-active hands-on individual willing to support all aspects of a property lifecycle
• A detailed understanding of and experience with development appraisals
• A desire and ability to network, both with current contacts and to form new contacts
• Proven ability to be dynamic and flexible in approach to the day-to-day tasks, have excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed in all you do
