With a robust pipeline of exciting projects and a central commercial team that seamlessly supports regional operations, they are now seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Edinburgh.

The Role

As a key member of the commercial team, you will take the lead on commercial control and help drive best practices across projects. Working closely with operational teams, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially astute and motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic construction environment. You’ll bring a strong MEP background and a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects

• Strong understanding of the Construction Act and standard forms of contract/sub-contract (SBCC/NEC)

• Excellent numerical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently and within a team

• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and enthusiastic

• Full UK driving licence is essential
