One of the country’s leading private practices are looking for the next generation of talent to join their exceptional studio based in Glasgow’s City Centre. They have won numerous awards over the past few years and are nominated for more at this years Scottish Property Awards.

Their sector base is large and always changing but at the moment they have a number of projects across sectors such as: commercial, student residential, distilleries, education and banking. The opportunities to grow and develop your skillset and experience are exceptional as they are looking for someone who can work across a number of sectors and will allow you to find your own niche within the practice.

So, what do you need for this role?

  • ARB Registration is essential.

  • They are looking for someone who is passionate about the architecture industry and someone who is always looking to improve and grow within the team.
  • All projects are done in Revit at this practice so experience with this software is essential.
  • If you have had any experience in project running it would be a bonus.
  • A forward thinking, can do attitude
  • The ability to work across all RIBA stages

This practice is in the process of sorting out IT to allow staff to be more flexible and mobile so they are actively encouraging people to go out on site more and meet more clients/contractors etc. They do not want their staff to be chained to their desk on a daily basis. They also have benefits in place such as exercise classes in the studio to ensure they’re looking after the overall wellbeing of staff.
