Peace Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a Glasgow based developer to recruit an Architect to join their highly skilled team.

With some very exciting growth/expansion plans in mind, this company have a really exciting future ahead of them and they are on the lookout for someone who can assist them with that by dealing with the day to day running of projects across the healthcare, care homes and residential sectors. You will be reporting into the Technical Manager on a day to day basis and working alongside them to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the high standard expected from this organisation.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

• Circa 3 years post ARB experience in the UK is ideal. Applicants with less experience will also be considered but you will need to have a proven track record of UK based work in relevant sectors.
• Competency in AutoCAD is essential - This client is planning a move over to 3D Software so experience in this not needed for this opportunity but you must be willing to learn.
• Healthcare/care home background is preferable. 
• You must be confident completing both planning applications and building warrants and have experience working from inception to completion on projects.
• You must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

In return you will get the opportunity to work on some very exciting projects and will be part of a company who are very secure in their position in the market. Initial salary will be reviewed after 6 months and you will have plenty of opportunities to progress internally. There is also a strong team based bonus structure in place. 

The client will be conducting interviews on the week beginning the 14th December with a view to starting the successful applicant the first week back in January.
