Peace Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside one of Scotland’s premier Private Practices who are looking to add an Architectural Technician to their office based in Edinburgh.

So, what will the role involve day to day?

  • Preparing and presenting design proposals using Revit
  • Preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
  • Contributing to design stage risk assessments
  • Contributing to the design process and coordinating design information
  • Taking projects from inception to completion.
  • Specific project duties which will vary depending on what you are working on.

And what will you need to be successful in this role:

  • 99% of work at this practice is completed in Revit so it is essential that you have a commercial working knowledge of this software
  • You must have at least 1 year of experience in a UK based similar role.
  • Member of the CIAT is desirable for this role but not essential.
  • Experience working in commercial and Residential projects would be preferable but not essential.
