Peace Recruitment is very excited to be working EXCLUSIVELY with a global leader in Commercial Real Estate Consultancy, looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their already well established team based in Edinburgh. This opportunity has arisen due to an upturn in workload and would see you being part of a key member of the team working with some fantastic blue chip commercial clients.

To fit the bill for this role it is key that you have previous construction consultancy experience.

Responsibilities (all assisted by a senior team member):

  •          Project planning
  •          Creating detailed work plans
  •          Resource allocation
  •          Determine project objectives
  •          Monitor the progress of the project and manage change control
  •          Undertake collaborative cost, value, risk and exercises with project teams
  •          Administer the contract
  •          Oversee the practical completion and handover at the end of a project

Requirements for the successful candidate:

  •          Direct experience working within a consultancy Project Management position
  •          Ability to prioritise and manage your workload
  •          Show a keen drive and determination to become a Chartered member of the Association of Project managers/MRICS

In return you can expect:

  •          Salary - £26,000 to £32,000 reflecting your experience level 
  •          Assistance in gaining Chartered status with all APM/MRICS fees paid
