The sites are for new build semi detached and detached timber kit homes.

The role requires an Assistant Site Manager with

• New build homes experience -  ideally with another volume builder
• Proven knowledge within new build housing and NHBC standards
• A track record of working to budget and within timescales
• Confidence in overseeing all trades and labour on site

Current CSCS, SMSTS are essential
