Peace Recruitment is working within a large Public Sector organisation in the Edinburgh region. They require a PPM coordinator ideally with Hard FM background or construction project experience to work in the planned improvement team.
You will report to the PPM planner. The PPM team has responsibility for establishing and maintaining fabric PPM schedules across the city, there are around 600 operational buildings and a significant number of sites and non-operational assets as well.
For this role you need to be proactive and work on your own initiative it Skills are absolutely essential, especially MS Excel and preferably CAFM. Good verbal and written communication skills and previous helpdesk programme coordination experience wold be beneficial.
