Peace Recruitment Group have partnered with one of the UK’s largest residential development and regeneration businesses, for this great opportunity based in Edinburgh, covering Scotland. This organisation is known for its Housing Association work, but they are so much more. Social housing does form part of this organisation, (around a third of the overall operations), in addition they are involved in homes to rent, homes to buy, supported living, retirement housing, student living and mixed-use developments. We are excited to be sourcing candidates on their behalf, as this role will not only make a difference to the successful individual, but also to communities across Scotland.

There is also a fantastic remuneration package on offer:

£100k - £130k

50% Bonus

Up to 37 days annual leave (Inc. Christmas and other public holidays)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

 

  • Lead the Scottish region to deliver all projects.
  • Lead the identification, appraisal and prioritisation of development sites for potential acquisition.
  • Lead feasibility process to ensure that the “right” sites are acquired, balancing both risk and opportunity within agreed tolerances.
  • Build long-term relationships with agents, land owners and essential contributors.
  • Lead projects through the full development cycle from inception through to investment exit/stabilization.
  • Lead the development and construction teams.
  • Negotiation and delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the financial planning and management of the organisation.
