Their office is Edinburgh, and you will have a presence at sites across the central belt.

An ideal candidate would come from a bespoke build or volume housebuilding past looking to secure a role in the high-end city development market. Or haven potentially past experience in setting up own consultancy.

Candidates are expected to have strong technical knowledge, varied sector experience with a land and build background. Demonstrable flare for residential sales and design.

Shown passion and enthusiasm for high specification and sustainable low carbon build.
