Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking to join a lovely team of people, work in a positive and rewarding environment and increase your earning potential?

My client is a highly reputable Scottish housing developer who have built some of the highest quality homes in the country now require an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor with an excellent track record to join their team on a brand-new site in the South Lanarkshire area.

10am – 5pm Thursday – Monday

Salary of up to £26.5k (DOE) + OTE circa £50k + additional incentives

Prime responsibilities and duties include:

  • Deal with all visitors, telephone enquiries and emails to sales office and provide relevant information on current developments
  • Qualify all leads and refer to specialist Mortgage Advisor
  • Follow up all enquiries in an agreed timescale to maximise sales
  • Refer all reservations to panel solicitors
  • Maintain a customer database ensuring all relevant information is collated
  • Maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Negotiate with clients in the given parameters on sales allowance to secure sales
  • Ensure all customers would recommend us to their friends
  • Participate in sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and feedback on product development
  • Complete reservation, Pre-contract meeting, colour choices and new home demonstration with customers
  • Make client aware of key dates and estimated entry dates
  • Ensure all properties are handed over complete and maintain stock property’s
  • Offer clients a smooth handover process adhering to company procedures
  • Organise weekly site/sales meeting with site manager or assistant site manager
  • Ensure People Safe Alarm is charged at all times and used


To be successful in the role you will –
