One of the UK’s larger private and social housing developers who are experiencing dramatic growth are looking for a reliable Office Administrator, to join their Glasgow based office. You will support the customer care and sales teams and undertake vital administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

 The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, trust-worthy and passionate about driving sustainable growth.

In return you will receive circa of £18k.

Mon – Thurs 8:30 – 5pm , Fri 8:30-  4:30pm.

 This is a great job for those who like to dabble in a variety of tasks and can multitask with ease. As an office administrator you’ll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and customer care teams with marketing materials and other admin tasks
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Must be motivated and be a good team player
  • IT literate
