Peace Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a leading Architecture practice who are looking to add a Senior Architectural Technician to their office based in Aberdeen.

Progression is extremely important to this practice so you can be assured that you would have plenty of opportunities to move up the career ladder with them – as a Senior Architectural Technician your next step would be Associate.

So what will the role involve day to day?

  • Preparing and presenting design proposals using Revit
  • Preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
  • Contributing to design stage risk assessments
  • Contributing to the design process and coordinating design information
  • Taking projects from inception to completion.
  • Specific project duties which will vary depending on what you are working on.

And what will you need to be successful in this role:

  • 99% of work at this practice is completed in Revit so it is essential that you have a commercial working knowledge of this software
  • You must have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Member of the CIAT is highly desirable for this role.
  • Experience working in Healthcare and Residential projects would be preferable but not essential.
