Peace Recruitment is very excited to be working with a large global real-estate consultancy, assisting in their search for a Portfolio Data Relationship Manager!

Finding huge success in providing all property related services to its blue-chip clients, our client is looking to bring someone into their expanding Edinburgh office, to act as the point of contact between them (our client), and their global occupier clients. This fantastic role is comprised of project, account and relationship management. Day to day, the role will include client management; opportunity spotting; process optimization; budget responsibility and cross department solutioning.

The ability to interpret data to drive improvements and opportunity is essential; so competent IT skills are necessary. You will give strategic advice to your clients with regards to their portfolio data, helping them manage strategy and opportunity. This is a client facing role, so we are looking for someone who has experience building and managing relationships.  As a team you could be dealing with multiple clients with significant global portfolios, so it is a demanding but rewarding position.

Due to the nature of my client, there will potentially be travel required to London and to occasional oversees client meetings.

What is required of you:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Estates Management, Project Management, or Corporate Real Estate with a related degree.
  • Experience in lease management Client-facing experience with relationship management
  • A strong knowledge of the UK property market
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks.
