Peace Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an independently owned property and construction consultancy in Scotland. Due to recent project wins they are looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior/Associate Director Project Manager to join their team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Our client cover all sectors in the build environment therefore welcome candidates with 5 - 10 years project management experience in a consutancy, it is essential that you can demonstrate previous experience project managing residential developments, hotels and commercial projects. Our client is a modern and dynamic well known practice with an impressive portfolio of projects for you to work on, you will have full autonomy with each project and the opportunity to develop your career to partner level.

Requirement:

• Relevant qualification in project/construction management
• MAPM is desirable but not essential
• 5 - 10 years PM experience within a consultancy, ideally in the private sector
• Ability to run projects from feasibility stage through to completion

In return:

• Salary £50,000 to £65,000 depending on your experience
• Annual bonus
