Peace Recruitment is working with a reputable joinery sub-contractor who work across various market sectors delivering refurbishments, extensions and fit-out projects.

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Foreman for a long term joinery contract on a major housebuilding development in Edinburgh.  You will have the responsibility of managing a team of joiners & labourers, as well as overseeing all works from inception to completion.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications as a minimum;

• SSSTS
• CSCS Gold Card
• First Aid
• City & Guild Joinery/Carpentry

Previous fit-out experience within the housebuilding sector would be preferred but our client will also consider those with main contracting project experience.

This is a contract role for 1 year and ideally within commutable distance from the site.  It is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced Site Foreman to excel, and manage a long term contract on a major housing development.
