Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a new build retail project based in Livingston. You will have the responsibility of overseeing all works which will include:
To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications; SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. You must have good skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Temporary Works Coordinator qualification would also be an advantage. Previous retail new build and fit-out experience would be preferred.
This is a temporary role for approximately 9 months. The hours will be around 45-50 hours per week. Our client is looking for someone who is able to start on site at the end of January.
