As an experienced Site Manager, working with another leading private house builder, Health & Safety; Customer Service and Quality will come second nature to you. Site Inductions; putting sub-contractors to work; customer care; monitoring against programme; ensuring quality throughout including materials and sub-contractors’ works; weekly and monthly site reports. These are just a few of the responsibilities you will have. Having a Degree / HND / HNC in a construction discipline or coming from a trade background is advantageous and you will need valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at work. Having additional training like Scaffold Inspection will help to stand out from the crowd.
