Peace Recruitment is working with a leading property consultancy in Edinburgh to recruit an experienced Surveyor/property manager to join their talented team. This company are open in terms of level they bring in at and will consider applications from newly qualified through to Senior level.

You will be joining at a key period of growth for this consultancy who have big plans to expand their current property management team extensively throughout the UK.

As a Surveyor/property manager with this firm you can expect to work on mid-large scale projects across sectors including local government frameworks and central government buildings which include some of the UKs most iconic and prestigious builds. 

Qualifications and experience:

• You must have property management experience within the UK
• Experience in onboarding, due diligence and writing reports
• This client will look at people from either client or consultancy backgrounds
• Experience working within the public sector would be advantageous
• Self motivated, ability to deliver set objectives to tight timescales.
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
