Peace Recruitment are assisting a key client in their search to find a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join the Office & Industrial Agency department of a global leading Property Consultancy in Glasgow. 

The company is a highly reputable business with a strong presence across the country. They provide a range of commercial real estate and building related services to a portfolio of clients within the Private and Public Sector.

Ideally our client is looking for either a ‘graduate’ looking to sit their APC, or a recently ‘qualified’ surveyor looking for a change and exposure to some fantastic clients. Within the Office & Industrial Agency team there is unlimited opportunity to grow and develop, mainly due to the increased workload and current numbers within the team.


Depending on your level of experience, specific responsibilities may include, but not limited to;

  •          Acquisitions and Disposals of Office & Industrial business space property.
  •          Managing and negotiating leases and new lettings.
  •          Undertaking property marketing and research.
  •          Conducting property inspections and viewings on behalf of prospective clients.
  •          Negotiating and preparing new Heads of Terms.
  •          Liaising and communicating with Occupiers, Landlords and other third parties such as Solicitors.
  •          Proactive business development and identifying new opportunities. 


  •          Previous experience working within Commercial Property
  •          Experience of negotiating Commercial Property transactions 
  •          Experience of working within a property consultancy or client side environment
  •          Hold a confident, dynamic and personable demeanour

Although the above requirements were given by my client, due to their open mindedness they are open to considering an individual from a residential agency (sales) or serviced office background that has potential to convert in to this role.
