Peace Recruitment is working with a reputable security company who work across various market sectors delivering security solutions to various construction sites and commercial offices.

Our client is one of the leading organisations in this sector and are looking to add to their team due to an influx of new projects across Scotland. You will report directly to company directors in this role and you will have responsibility for the technical standards across the whole of the UK. You will manage a department with technical engineers and a monitoring station manager reporting directly to yourself and be in a supporting role for sales and engineering. For this role it is essential that you have previous experience working with CCTV and security systems in the UK. 

What do you need for this role:

• You will have minimum 5 years experience in a senior management role managing all aspects of engineering
• An effective communicator with strong leadership skills
• An educated knowledge of project management and budget control
• travel across the country is required for this role.
• You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in managing projects and adapting to new business challenges
• previous experience with CCTV is essential for this role.
