Peace Recruitment is working with a building maintenance trades contractor who are looking to recruit a freelance Trades Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance programs for their housing improvement and upgrade contracts.

Our client is looking for experienced Site Supervisor/Contracts Manager to oversee programs in the East Central belt of Scotland.  You will have the responsibility of overseeing teams of in-house trades, planning of works, inspection of works as well as carrying out inductions and ensuring health & safety standards are adhered to at all times.

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably working within a housing maintenance or social housing refurbishment environment.  Ideally you will have a CSCS card as a minimum and have a full drivers licence.

This is a temporary role for initially 6 weeks but with the possibility of it continuing as a rolling contract.  The client is looking for someone with availability from the beginning of January.
