Commercial Manager – Renewable Energy

What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading the development and delivery of commercial strategies in a fast-evolving market.
• Inspiring and guiding a high-performing team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Taking ownership of contract negotiation and management (EPC, O&M, PPA, and supplier contracts).
• Driving financial performance through accurate forecasting, reporting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Managing commercial risk throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with finance, legal, procurement, engineering, and project delivery teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients, funders, developers, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial role within energy, construction, or infrastructure (renewables experience is highly desirable).
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and financial management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.
• Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Additional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIPS, or MBA would be an advantage.
Desirable Experience
• Knowledge of EPC contracts and PPA markets.
• Experience with public procurement, electrical and civil engineering, and utilities.
