Role Overview
As Hard FM Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of hard facilities services, ensuring compliance, reliability, and service excellence across the site. The role requires a strong M&E background, with the ability to manage technical teams, subcontractors, and client relationships in a live operational environment.
Healthcare experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of all hard FM services, with a focus on M&E systems.

Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements are consistently met.

Lead and manage on-site engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.

Act as the main point of contact for the client on all hard FM matters.

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programmes.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Manage budgets, costs, and performance reporting.

Drive continuous improvement and service optimisation.
Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a Hard FM Contract Manager, FM Manager, or similar role.

Strong M&E background is essential.

Experience managing hard services in complex or critical environments.

Healthcare experience preferred but not essential.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
