Property Manager

Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Bonus

An established and growing property business in Glasgow is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who enjoys managing a varied portfolio and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including HMOs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
• Carry out routine property inspections.
• Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Handle tenancy queries and support the full tenancy lifecycle.

Requirements

• Previous property management experience is essential.
• HMO management experience is required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
